Can i make Matlab calculate the error of integration

When using integral(f,x0,x) on a function created with spline, so with a limited set of points, how can i calculate the error between this integral value and the true integral value?

Based on my understanding you want to obtain the difference between the true integral value and the integral value from MATLAB function. You can try taking the absolute difference between them and store it in a variable. The link attached below might help you.
