Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018b\bin\win64\ocv.dll' when using detectMSERFeatures, while the Computer Vision Toolbox installed indeed.

I'm using Matlab R2018b, running on Windows 10 64bit. The problem came out when I tried to run a piece of code that contents detectMSERFeatures. It said : Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2018b\bin\win64\ocv.dll'. The code is working fine on the MacOS and another Windows 10 Desktop. Also the computer vision toolbox has been installed and I could use ocr command to recognize the text in the image without any error.I have reinstalled the software and tried to disable the anti-virus software, as well as deleted the prefdir folder.
But nothing works so far. Please help.

I just fixed the problem by replacing R2018b with R2918a.

This happens due to the unavailability of the Visual C redistributable DLLs, which can be downloaded from here:
For more details about what changed, see the following:
Upon the installation, restarting MATLAB should resolve this problem. Please report back here if the problem persists in spite of installing this. Thanks!
