Kruskal-Wallis test with cross validation (and confusion matrix)

Hello, I have a matrix of size 20774*105. the first column refers to labels (0 to 5 but not with descending or ascending order) and other columns are features. also each row is an observation. I want to know how to apply Kruskal-Wallis test with cross validation (and confusion matrix). I am confused. Thanks a lot.
