How to count average value from each row of matrix?

I have a matrix A like this:

     2     1     4
     4     7     6
     9     1     2
     7     5     4

Then, i wanto to count average value from each row. so the result will be vector Y like this: Y:

     2.3
     5.6
     4.0
     5.3

What to do? Thanks before :')
