How to simulate the rigid - flexible coupling collision characteristics of two objects？

I am studying the characteristics of agricultural material collision (including: rigid and flexible form of collision with the machine), I am very tangled and do not know how to establish the rigid and flexible coupling collision model and MATLAB program to achieved,if you have a good example or Related code，please instruct me.
