How to establish continuity in the disconnected center-point curves in 3D using tensor voting?

working with reconstruction of blood vessels in choroidal Haller's layer of the human eye from the available 2D OCT B-scans.In each scan, there may be multiple vessel sections and center-points of these sections can be determined using image processing methods. Vessel tracing algorithm [1] is used to label each vessel section in each scan. After labeling, center-points pertaining to single vessel can be pulled off from the volume data. Based on the analysis, we observed there are breaks in the continuity of the center-point track(s).
