Hi,
I would like to simulate the weather-based servicing of an offshore wind park over 20 years. Dependent on hourly weather data service can or can not be performed. I would like to simulate a wind farm with 80 turbines, wich shall be serviced every 20 days. Due to bad weather service may not be performed at day 20, but then at day 21.
My plan was to use SimEvents. Do you have an idea of how to start?

This is a (too) broad question. You eat a programming elephant one byte at a time. So start writing.
Solve a smaller problem to start with. Figure out how to solve a tiny one, then think about how you would extend that solution. So model a single wind turbine to start. Good skills in programming/modeling would help you to think in advance, planning on adding features, like how to handle bad weather in the model.

Many examples come with Simulink. You may also refer to the examples below to get some ideas on how to start.
