Showing " MATLAB has encountered an internal problem and needs to shutdown " and shuts down.

3 views (last 30 days)
After successful installation and activation of matlab, while opening or running a simulink file, it is showing one window contains a comment " matlab has encountered an internal problem and needs to shutdown ", End now button, attempt to continue button and details button. Details button shows just some coding. And if I touch any one of the other buttons like end now and attempt to continue, it is ending (shuts off).
Can anyone please help me out to resolve it ?
( I re-installed 6 times, even though getting same error. )

There is no error in installation and activation.
problem occurs only while modelling a simulink file or opening an already existed file in system ..................

You could post the complete crash log, but we volunteers typically do not have the internal information needed to figure out what caused MATLAB crashes, so you will end up needing to talk to Support.

You can also send an email to support@mathworks.com but I really don't recommend it since that will be so very much slower than just calling them on the phone. Installation help is free for everyone including those with the Student Suite.

You should contact Mathworks for free support in installation issues.
