Sizing windows on 2015b?

I work on a big monitor. How do I stop MATLAB 2015a from opening in full screen? Help also opens in full screen. Is there a way to get these to open in smaller windows? Thanks

Hi Ted,
There are some root properties like ScreenSize which are read only so I am afraid we cannot change them but if you resize the window after MATLAB starts and close it and restart again, it should open in the size that it was closed.
