Matlab Compiler installation problem - installed but not in list when "ver" command

4 views (last 30 days)
I have problem with my Matlab Compiler installation. I installed the Compiler properly to my Matlab R2008b and Matlab 2011b. When I try to check my Matlab's components using the "ver" command I can't see Compiler in the list. So the commands like "mbuild" or "deploytool" are for unknown for my Matlab. I use Windows 7 professional, 64bit. How can I repair it? Thanks.

Thanks for effort. No, it doesn't help. First time I started matlab after Compiler installation I checked toolbox_path_cache. "Ver" command give me still list without Compiler. In Help-Check for Updates I can see Compiler in green (up to date). Any ideas?

Restart MATLAB, reset to the default path, then try "ver" again.
No idea why that should work but it was TMWs suggestion to me with something similar years ago (and it did work).
