I want to integrate function F w.r.t L but cant not able to do. If anyone know please tell

E=exp(-x);

You cannot integrate with respect to a function. You need to integrate with respect to a variable.
You might wish to do a change of variable, perhaps.
syms Lv
xv = solve(Lv=L,x);
Fv = subs(F,x,xv);
intv = int(Fv,Lv);
result = subs(intv, Lv, L);
