How can I add LTE System Toolbox in my existing licensed Matlab

I want to add LTE System Toolbox with my existing Matlab. What is the process to add that.

You will need to contact sales for a quote. Some of the toolboxes are not listed in the online store.

I did try to request a trial license of LTE system toolbox several times but no one answer or contact me after that.

How can I contact to request a trial? currently I am using and academic license of my university as a researcher
