En tant qu'Admin, j'ai besoin d'envoyer périodiquement à Mathworks les logs d'utilisation des applications que nous utilisons afin que vous puissiez établir notre facture. Je dois donc poster sur le site https://sft.mathworks.com les fichiers cependant je n'arrive pas à m'y connecter. mon mail et mon mot de passe n'ont pas l'air de fonctionner sur ce lien. Faut-il que vous me donniez les droits ? Merci.

Access to the MathWorks Secure File Transfer site is not automatically implied by having a MathWorks Account. If your MathWorks Account credentials are not accepted, it is possible that access to the file-transfer service has not yet been enabled for your account or that a specific transfer workspace has not been provisioned for you.

Since you are uploading application usage logs for invoicing purposes, I would recommend contacting your MathWorks representative or MathWorks Technical Support and asking them to verify that your account has the appropriate access to the Secure File Transfer service. They should also be able to confirm whether there are any additional steps required for your organization before files can be uploaded.
