How to draw a line or a rectangular on a figure in R2025b

In R2022b version, it was simple, go to Insert, select Line or Rectangular, to add on figure (using mouse to draw, not write code), but when switched to R2025b version, it seems all gone, no Insert menu and cannot find anywhere for this. Need a simple solution.

Select "Line" and "Rectangle" in Toolstrip, Labels and Annotation, Annotation

To clarify, you have to click the down arrow at the right of the LABELS AND ANNOTATIONS box to show those options.
