I cant find the battery with the monitor

I am looking for tthis battery block:
It seems like its been removed. Is there anothe rbattery that offers this EXACT same monitoring capability? Need to find this ASAP. Can anyone tell me the block that has this EXACT same capability?

I can't resist. Its a rechargable battery, and is currently being recharged. And I know what you are thinking, that my comment is re"volt"ing. ;-)
