Find ratio of data

Hi, assume I have 10 data/sample spectra. Each spectrum is in a row and the variables are in columns. I want to divide spectrum 2 by 1, spectrum 3 by 2, 4 by 3 etc. basically each spectrum to be divided by the spectrum that was collected before it. Any code to do this at one go?
