UAV toolbox support package for PX4 - waiting for the bootloader

6 views (last 30 days)
HI
I'm trying to run "UAV toolbox support package for PX4" example, which is linked below.
I have two computers. the first one is laptop and connected to internet. the second one is a stand alone PC.
It was easy to install and run this support package and related example. but that is different on stand alone PC.
After hard trying i could install it. it can build firmware and also i dont have any problem by uploading firmware by QGC. but the problem begins whilst i try to use "Build,Deploy & start" button from simulink. it build fast but it hangs on loading firmware to Pixhawk4. the last line on "view diagnostics" is 'Loaded firmware for board id: 50,0 size: 1932609 bytes (93.62%), waitng for the bootloader...'
It acts as fast as few seconds in laptop but on stand alone PC it never ended.
I have same problem on testing firmware after it build on cygwin, but i don't have any log on there so i cant find out what is happening.
Please help me to fix this issue.

Solved
everything will solve by launching in administrator mode.
It is necessary to run CMD in administrator mode while installing packages. Also it is better to run MATLAB as administrator.
And we have to give full access to this folder for selected user.
"C:\ProgramData\MATLAB\SupportPackage\R2023b\toolbox\target\supportpackages\px4\"
