Editor Error resulting from the overlaying plots, and other plots

My objective was to create a subplot (3,5):

The only issue with using sibplots is that I wanted 3 overlayed V_RLCs per each Test to compare the different inductors tested within each set of tests. I tried the following two alternative scripts, both of which returned error message and/or got stuck:
