how i can check the real time load current waveform in matlab simulink through aurdino?

when i conect anlog i/p to signal it gives nothing in matlab simulink (scope). plz give me the detail about serial comunication with a proper exemple i will b greatful.

Current value can be given to an analog pin on Aurdino.
