want to know about all funnctions to display a complete as well as a partial image.

You can select part of an image using indexing, or if you have the Image Processing Toolboox, with imcrop.
(I don't know about all display functions, but if you want a comprehensive list search engines and the MATLAB documentation are your starting points.)
