You can click contact support > Report a bug > Tech Support > Product help, suggestions or documentation errors.

I've sent them a Service Request, however, this doesn't seem like the correct way to do this, as the Service Request feature seems more geared towards fixing actual bugs and documentation errors for actual MATLAB products, not the online learning courses.

Tech support is provided for all MathWorks products.
You'll likely receive a response within 24 hours either thanking you for reporting the typo and stating that it will be fixed in the future or an explanation why it is not a typo.
