orthogonal collocation on finite elements: Matlab code

Hi, I need to simulate radial dispersion in a reactor which has steep concentration gradient due to high reaction rate.

The model equation is dc/dt=d/dx(D*dc/dx)-k*C^2

Please help how to implement the model in MATLAB using OCFE method.
