How can I change the order of lines for PDF export?

Hi everybody,

I've got a problem with Oliver's EXPORT_FIG function. When I export my figure as PNG everything's fine (see attached). But actually I'd like to save it vectorized as PDF. And as you can see the outcome is completely different (especially the order of the lines). So, the question is: Is there a way to fix this problem? I've already tried UISTACK but it seems to have no effect on the PDF export.

Edit: I just figured out, that it's not an issue of EXPORT_FIG in particular but much more of the PDF export function in MATLAB itself. Is there any workaround?
