is it possible to simulate an autonomous vehicle having obstacle detection using robotics toolbox?

A ground vehcile or mobile robot having obstacle detection is what i want to simulate.i am looking for an appropriate toolbox in MATLAB.pleasee help me.

It depends on what kind of simulation you are going to carry out. If you want to build the vehicle model first, I do recommend you to work on simulink.
