Import IGBT Parameters from Hitachi

This example shows how you can import parameters from a Hitachi IGBT module and save them in an IGBT(Ideal, Switching) block. The Hitachi IGBT parameters are stored in an XML file in the hitachi format.

Import Device Parameters

Use the utility function ee_importDeviceParameters to import the XML file that contains the IGBT parameters in the hitachi format. To find more IGBT devices to import, see Hitachi website.

The thermal network in the imported XML file comprises 4 elements. In the IGBT (Ideal, Switching) block, specify the appropriate value for the Initial node temperatures [T1 T2 ... Tn] parameter.
