Specify whether an output port can share its memory buffer with an input port
Syntax
void ssSetOutputPortOverwritesInputPort(SimStruct *S, int_T outIdx, int_T inIdx)
Arguments
SSimStruct that represents an S-Function block.
outIdxIndex of the output port.
inIdxIndex of the input port.
Description
The argument inIdx tells the Simulink® engine which input port of S can share its memory
with the output port specified by outIdx.
inIdx can have the following values:
Index of an input port of
Sthat can share its memory with the specified output port.You must use
ssSetInputPortOverWritableto tell the engine that the specified input port can share its memory with an output port.OVERWRITE_INPUT_ANYThe output port can share its memory with any input port.
OVERWRITE_INPUT_NONEThe output port must have its own memory buffer.
