Administer Individual and Designated Computer Licenses
An Individual License is assigned to a named user in your organization. This user can then operate, install, and manage MathWorks software. As a license administrator, your role is to maintain the list of individuals who can access and use your organization’s license.
A Designated Computer License authorizes administrators to install and run MathWorks software on only one computer. The installation is restricted for use to a host ID that identifies a particular computer, but not a particular user. Any number of users can log in and run the software, but not simultaneously.
