Data Preparation

Plot, analyze, detrend, and filter time- and frequency-domain data, generate and import data

System Identification Toolbox™ software supports time-domain, frequency-domain, and frequency response data. The data must be in the MATLAB® workspace. You can import the data from external data files or manually create data arrays at the command line. After obtaining the identification data, you must prepare your data before using it to estimate models. You can do this by selecting estimation and validation data, analyzing data quality, and preprocessing the data. You can also transform data between time and frequency domains.

Categories
