Convert OPC UA data object array to uint16 matrix

Syntax

vUint16 = uint16(dObj)

Description

vUint16 = uint16(dObj) converts the OPC UA data object array dObj into a uint16 matrix.

dObj must have the same time stamps for each of the nodes (elements of dObj), otherwise an error is generated. Use tsunion, tsintersect, or resample to generate an OPC UA data object containing the same time stamp for all nodes in the object.

Load the OPC UA example data file, convert the uaDataVis object to have the same time stamps, and create a uint16 matrix from the result.

load opcSampleUaData;
dUnion = tsunion(uaDataVis);
vUint16 = uint16(dUnion);

Input Arguments

OPC UA data, specified as an OPC UA data object array. For more information, see Data.

Output Arguments

OPC UA data values, returned as a uint16 matrix. vUint16 is constructed as an M-by-N matrix of uint16 values, where M is the number of data values in dObj and N is the number of nodes in the array.
