Cpp.DependentType Class
Namespace: Cpp
Superclasses: AstNodeProperties
Represents the dependent_type nodes in the syntax tree of your code
Since R2026a
Description
DependentType class represents the C++ syntax node dependent_type in your code and contains predicates to query properties and children of this node.
Predicates
| Type | Raisable | Printable |
|---|---|---|
DependentType
| Yes | No |
This class defines these predicates that act on the objects of this class. In addition, objects of this class can access the predicates defined by the base class AstNodeProperties. An object of this class is an object of AstNodeProperties class.
| Predicates | Description |
|---|---|
is(required DependentType &dt)
|
Finds syntax nodes of the type DependentType in your C++ code and returns them as
dt. A DependentType represents a type whose meaning depends on
a template parameter context.
|
isa(Cpp.Node.Node node)
|
Checks if node is a DependentType. Use this relation if you want
to negate the condition (for example:
not Cpp.DependentType.isa(n)).
|
cast(Cpp.Node.Node node, required DependentType &cast)
|
Finds syntax nodes of the type DependentType from the nodes in
node. Retrieval occurs if node is compatible with the
DependentType type. Use this relation if you need further
DependentType properties.
|
typeSpecifier(DependentType self, Cpp.Node.Node &child)
|
Matches the dependent type specifier. For example, in
typename T::type, this predicate matches the
type portion of the dependent type.
|
isEnclosedInDependentType(Cpp.Node.Node child)
|
Checks if child appears inside a DependentType.
|
getEnclosingDependentType(Cpp.Node.Node child, required DependentType &parent)
|
Finds the nearest enclosing DependentType ancestor of
child and returns it as parent.
