Cpp.Decltype Class
Namespace: Cpp
Superclasses: AstNodeProperties
Represents the decltype nodes in the syntax tree of your code
Since R2026a
Description
Decltype class represents the C++ syntax node decltype in your code and contains predicates to query properties and children of this node.
Predicates
| Type | Raisable | Printable |
|---|---|---|
Decltype
| Yes | No |
This class defines these predicates that act on the objects of this class. In addition, objects of this class can access the predicates defined by the base class AstNodeProperties. An object of this class is an object of AstNodeProperties class.
| Predicates | Description |
|---|---|
is(required Decltype &dt)
|
Finds syntax nodes of the type Decltype in your C++ code and returns them as
dt. A Decltype represents the decltype
type specifier used to deduce a type from an expression.
|
isa(Cpp.Node.Node node)
|
Checks if node is a Decltype. Use this relation if you want
to negate the condition (for example:
not Cpp.Decltype.isa(n)).
|
cast(Cpp.Node.Node node, required Decltype &cast)
|
Finds syntax nodes of the type Decltype from the nodes in
node. Retrieval occurs if node is compatible with the
Decltype type. Use this relation if you need further
Decltype properties.
|
expression(Decltype self, Cpp.Node.Node &child)
|
Matches the expression inside a decltype specifier. For example, in
decltype(x + y) z;, this predicate matches the
x + y expression.
|
auto(Decltype self, Cpp.Node.Node &child)
|
Matches the auto keyword used in a decltype(auto)
construct. For example, in decltype(auto) f();, this predicate matches
auto.
|
isEnclosedInDecltype(Cpp.Node.Node child)
|
Checks if child appears inside a Decltype.
|
getEnclosingDecltype(Cpp.Node.Node child, required Decltype &parent)
|
Finds the nearest enclosing Decltype ancestor of
child and returns it as parent.
