Cpp.DeclarationList Class
Namespace: Cpp
Superclasses: AstNodeProperties
Represents the declaration_list nodes in the syntax tree of your code
Since R2026a
Description
The PQL class DeclarationList represents the node declaration_list in the syntax tree of your code.
Predicates
| Type | Raisable | Printable |
|---|---|---|
DeclarationList
| Yes | No |
This class defines these predicates that act on the objects of this class. In addition, objects of this class can access the predicates defined by the base class AstNodeProperties. An object of this class is an object of AstNodeProperties class.
| Predicates | Description |
|---|---|
is(required DeclarationList &declarationList) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type DeclarationList in your C/C++ code and returns them as
declarationList. A DeclarationList groups multiple top-level or
block-level declarations. For example, a list may contain a variable declaration, a function definition,
and a namespace definition.
|
isa(Cpp.Node.Node node) |
Checks if node is a DeclarationList. Use this relation if you want to
negate the condition (for example: not Cpp.DeclarationList.isa(n)).
|
cast(Cpp.Node.Node node, required DeclarationList &cast) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type DeclarationList from the nodes in node.
Retrieval occurs if node is compatible with the DeclarationList type.
Use this relation if you need further DeclarationList properties.
|
declaration(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a (non-template) declaration that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
int x;).
|
functionDefinition(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a function definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
void foo() {}).
|
namespaceDefinition(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a namespace definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
namespace N {}).
|
namespaceAliasDefinition(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a namespace alias definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
linkageSpecification(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a linkage specification that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
extern "C" { ... }).
|
templateDeclaration(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a template declaration that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
templateInstantiation(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a template instantiation that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
typeDefinition(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a type definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
struct S { ... }; or typedef ...;).
|
typeSpecifier(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a type specifier that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
usingDeclaration(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a using declaration that appears as a direct child of the declaration list.
|
aliasDeclaration(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches an alias declaration that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
using Foo = Bar;).
|
conceptDefinition(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a C++20 concept definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
staticAssertDeclaration(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a static_assert declaration that appears as a direct child of the declaration list.
|
statement(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a statement that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (this can occur in certain contexts where statements are permitted among declarations). |
preprocCall(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a preprocessor call-like construct that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
preprocDef(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a preprocessor definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list (for example,
#define ...).
|
preprocFunctionDef(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) | Matches a function-like preprocessor definition that appears as a direct child of the declaration list. |
preprocIf(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a preprocessor #if construct that appears as a direct child of the declaration list.
|
preprocIfdef(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a preprocessor #ifdef/#ifndef construct that appears as a direct
child of the declaration list.
|
preprocInclude(DeclarationList self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a preprocessor #include directive that appears as a direct child of the declaration list.
|
isEnclosedInDeclarationList(Cpp.Node.Node child) |
Checks if child appears inside a DeclarationList.
|
getEnclosingDeclarationList(Cpp.Node.Node child, required DeclarationList &parent) |
Finds the nearest enclosing DeclarationList ancestor of child and returns
it as parent.
