Cpp.BaseClassClause Class
Namespace: Cpp
Superclasses: AstNodeProperties
Represents the base_class_clause nodes in the syntax tree of your code
Since R2026a
Description
BaseClassClause class represents the C++ syntax node base_class_clause in your code and contains predicates to query properties and children of this node.
Predicates
| Type | Raisable | Printable |
|---|---|---|
BaseClassClause
| Yes | No |
This class defines these predicates that act on the objects of this class. In addition, objects of this class can access the predicates defined by the base class AstNodeProperties. An object of this class is an object of AstNodeProperties class.
| Predicates | Description |
|---|---|
is(required BaseClassClause &baseClassClause) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type BaseClassClause in your C++ code and returns them as
baseClassClause. For example, in
class Derived : public virtual Base {}, this predicate matches the base class clause node
for public virtual Base.
|
isa(Cpp.Node.Node node) |
Checks if node is a BaseClassClause. Use this relation if you want to
negate the condition (for example: not Cpp.BaseClassClause.isa(n)).
|
cast(Cpp.Node.Node node, required BaseClassClause &cast) |
Finds syntax nodes of the type BaseClassClause from the nodes in node.
Retrieval occurs if node is compatible with the BaseClassClause type.
Use this relation if you need further BaseClassClause properties.
|
accessSpecifier(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches the access specifier in the base class clause. For example, in
: public Base, this predicate matches public.
|
virtual_(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches the virtual keyword in the base class clause, when present. For example, in
: public virtual Base, this predicate matches virtual.
|
attributeDeclaration(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches an attribute declaration inside the base class clause. For example, in
: public [[nodiscard]] Base, this predicate matches [[nodiscard]].
|
qualifiedIdentifier(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a qualified identifier used as the base type. For example, in
: public ns::Base, this predicate matches ns::Base.
|
templateType(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches a template type used as the base type. For example, in
: public Base<T>, this predicate matches Base<T>.
|
typeIdentifier(BaseClassClause self, Cpp.Node.Node &child) |
Matches an unqualified type identifier used as the base type. For example, in
: public Base, this predicate matches Base.
|
isEnclosedInBaseClassClause(Cpp.Node.Node child) |
Checks if child appears inside a BaseClassClause.
|
getEnclosingBaseClassClause(Cpp.Node.Node child, required BaseClassClause &parent) |
Finds the nearest enclosing BaseClassClause ancestor of child and
returns it as parent.
