Job Summary

As part of our Advanced Support Group, you’ll collaborate with product development teams and customers solving cutting-edge problems in parallel computing, cluster computing, and cloud-based workflows. Your insights will directly influence the design of our next-generation tools.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Drive the evolution of MathWorks' parallel and GPU computing capabilities by providing expert feedback to development teams.
- Support customers with advanced HPC and GPU workflows, including code optimization, scaling, and deployment on clusters, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and hybrid environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in parallel MATLAB code and Simulink simulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse global community of engineers, domain experts, and academic researchers.
In your first six months, you will:
- Complete in-depth training on MathWorks products and internal tools
- Partner with the Parallel Computing development team to influence product direction.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify emerging customer needs in scientific computing, engineering simulations, or data-intensive applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Working experience with parallel programming, MPI, OpenMP, or GPU computing (e.g., CUDA) is a plus
- Working knowledge with cloud, containers, or experience with submitting parallel jobs to HPC schedulers (e.g., Slurm) is a plus
- Proficiency using MathWorks products such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Parallel Computing Server is a plus
