The Facilities Coordinator, located in the Cambridge office, works directly with the Regional Facilities Manager, EMEA, to provide facilities support in statutory compliance, maintenance, space planning, small works projects, cleaning and facilities administration
A timely response to day to day operational issues is an important aspect of the job, where identification of facilities issues and escalation of situations requiring urgent attention and coordination of 3rd party service providers is crucial.
Maintenance Management: The first internal customer point of contact for all reactive maintenance requirements, including the coordination of 3rd party service providers and managing the Cherwell OSG queue to triage, assign, resolve and escalate as necessary
Administration: Ownership of facilities documentation and administration including updating of CAFM, site drawings and Operations & Maintenance Manuals
Project Coordination: Coordinate 3rd party small project works, ensuring coordination of prequalification and documentation control throughout the project life cycle
Space Management Coordination: Coordination of new hire, terminations, moves and furniture requests
Office Upkeep: Review office aesthetics to ensure its physical appearance is portrayed in a positive and professional manner
