Dr. Rishu Gupta | Principal Application Engineer | MathWorks
Rishu Gupta is a principal application engineer at MathWorks India. He primarily focuses on automated driving and artificial intelligence applications. Rishu has over nine years of experience working on applications related to visual contents. He previously worked as a scientist at LG Soft India in the Research and Development unit. Rishu holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from BIET Jhansi; a master’s in visual contents from Dongseo University, South Korea, working on the application of computer vision; and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University Technology Petronas, Malaysia.
Abhisek Roy | Senior Application Engineer | MathWorks
Abhisek Roy is a senior application engineer at MathWorks India, specializing in modeling, control design, and automation. With a strong focus on the automotive industry, he has worked closely with customers to address their system simulation, control system design, and robotics challenges. Abhisek’s expertise lies in various aspects of the automotive field, particularly powertrains, vehicle dynamics, and calibration workflows. He has delivered and supported multiple customer projects in these domains, showcasing his ability to provide tailored solutions to meet specific needs. He has an M.Tech. degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, specializing in control systems and robotics, and a B.Tech. in electrical engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He is currently pursuing an executive M.B.A. from the Indian School of Business.
Munish Raj | Application Engineer | MathWorks
Munish Raj is an application engineer for automated driving at MathWorks. His areas of expertise are in scenes and scenario creation for automated driving, developing and testing perception, planning and control algorithms, and autonomous driving. He has an engineering degree in electronics and communications from VIT University, Vellore.
Naga Pemmaraju | Principal Product Manager | MathWorks
Naga Pemmaraju is a Principal Product Manager for Automated Driving and RoadRunner Scene Builder Products at MathWorks, Hyderabad. He also focuses on ASAM standards like OpenSCENARIO and OpenDrive for Autonomous Systems. Before this role, Naga worked in Application Engineering supporting customers in Model-Based Design. Naga holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Control Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Kingsville-USA.
