Hi, I am new to MATLAB and only have the trial version of MATLAB right now. I do not have any of the toolboxes downloaded and so the answer to this question will have to be done without any toolboxes. I have some wind data that I need put in a wind rose, I have attached a picture of what I am looking for, I want the graph to show the average wind speed and the directions. I will need the step-by-step coding to do this, not just "enter this, and then this" since I have no experience with coding. I have also attached the data I need analyzed. Note, the break in the data in the file is indicating two seperate days of data, is someone could just do the first day for me and give me the codes in step-by-step order it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
