Is there a way to give 3 or 4 arguments in the cp2tform function for image alignment?

I was first aligning only 2 images so I was using cpselect to get the landmarks in my images. And I was giving the landmarks to the cp2tform function for my 2 images.

Now I want to align 4 images, so I am using ginput to get the points in my images. However the cp2tform does not work for more than 2 images.It is only taking points for 1 input image and 1 base image. Can I make it work for 2 or 3 base images?

If not, Is there any alternate way to do the alignment?
